Eric A. Rich is an attorney with Scheuer, Mackin & Breslin, LLC., a statewide Ohio law firm committed to advising and representing employers in their workers’ compensation and employment related interests.
Eric assists large and small employers in multi-state occupational disease litigation, administrative and court proceedings, alleged workplace safety violations and structured settlement negotiations, Medicare set-aside issues, and complex occupational disease claims. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont and Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and has over 20 years of experience representing Ohio employers in administrative hearings and in court.
